1.Each batch of toner is tested immediately upon arrival at the factory for tinting strength, color stability, weather resistance, and migration properties (especially yellow powder). The test results are entered into the computer for archiving.

2.Each batch of plastic and dispersing agent undergoes inspections for melt flow index, cleanliness, and dispersion quality.

After production commences, the production department immediately conducts comparisons between new and existing products, performing comprehensive inspections on surface gloss, color shade, and dimensional compliance. The quality control department conducts regular sampling inspections at scheduled intervals and batches.
